Karma’s commitment to creating personal and special customer experiences – and treating owners not just as very important people – but very, very important people – has come to life in earnest, with the launch of the VIP California Experience. This three-day event for new Karma Revero owners, tailored specifically to their interests, offers the opportunity to visit California and experience a one-of-a-kind, behind-the-scenes glimpse into what makes our luxury electric vehicle brand so special.
For Vancouver resident and Revero owner Shawn Smith, the California Experience was a “bucket list” trip that exceeded his expectations in every way.
Shawn, his wife Dominique, and their five-year-old daughter, Charlotte, were treated to a stay at the five-star Montage in Laguna Beach, and access to a Revero throughout the duration of their visit. Their California Experience also included a day at Disneyland and a Karma-branded Minnie Mouse for Charlotte, and a lesson and round of golf at The Ranch at Laguna Beach for Dominique.
For Shawn, the tour of the Karma Innovation and Customization Center was a thrill from beginning to end. “The entire Karma team was so welcoming and appreciative – and it really showed.” At each stage of the tour – warehouse, body shop, paint shop, and general assembly – Smith received a thank you card, signed by Karma employees. “I’m going to have them framed,” he says.
During his stop at Karma Headquarters, the marketing entrepreneur received rich insight into how our vehicles are designed, enjoyed a ride and drive in our next generation Revero, and experienced a sneak peek into technology that will be available in products yet to come. “I’m excited about the future of Karma and I’m ready to put in my order for a 2020 vehicle,” reveals Shawn.Karma is hosting VIP California Experiences, with up to three owners plus a guest each, on a monthly basis.
