Still no access, wonder how long this will take.

Full week 14th of July still no access. Anyone managing this hub?

No luck on my end either; I have emailed them 3 different times without a reply.This access is not maintained by regular Karma Automotive staff I was told by a Karma sales rep. Accurate feedback?? They may have been let go during the lay-offs last year.
In any case, the email for community access looks like a dead link.

Not good. If not monitored this forum could potentially turn bad. Also if KARMA can't even maintain a small portal like this one how does one feel inspired that they will support you well as a customer?
They should shut the portal down or have one employee maintain it.
I agree this site should be supported. I will say that I have had good support from Client Services through the App and main website. They have some good folks. I think COVID impacted the company's momentum and it may take a bit for them to get back to normal.
