Revero DC Fast Charging

Has anyone had any trouble fast charging your Revero? I have tried EvGo and Electrify America and get a fault just after charging starts on both networks.

My Revero charges perfectly on Level 1 and Level 2.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Electrify America works 200% for me, you plug in first, then you check back at the screen, it might request a credit card swap, etc... I love lvl 3 charge

If for some reason the card is denied or you took too much time and the screen reset you need to unplug, then lock unlock your car wait like 10-30 secs then plug back and attend the screen on the station.

Chargepoint they work very very nice not a problem but they are lvl 1-2 only

Now the EvGo... Don't get me started, they never work, I have seen many many people call in from their cars NISSAN Leaf, Chevy Bolt, etc and fail. Sometimes the station is under maintenance and it won't tell you from app or even on the station until you plug in.

Oh and one more thing, I'd like to know if this happenned to anyone else but, after trying to use the EvGo and failed the car wouldn't charge from another station brand, I had to do the lock unlock 10-30 secs.

I'm going to stay clear from EvGo in the future.

Thanks for the feedback. I cannot add any evidence to the potential EvGo issue since I have not been able to get a charge session to go passed initiation yet.  I had an Electrify America person help me try 3 different fast chargers at one location, which had been used successfully 30 minutes before I arrived. My DC fast charging issue is on the vehicle side I believe; I need to get it checked out.

I am just glad the other charging levels work just fine!

No answer yet. I stopped at a Karma dealer on Friday to have him scan the car for error codes to supply back to Karma Corp. Hopefully with this data an answer is coming soon.
