Given the experience a poster on this board has had with "Customer Experience," I am hesitant to even consider pressing the button to see if there are any software updates. Does anybody else worry about the potential lack of support should there ever be another OTA update? Maybe there won't be any other as Karma goes lean? Thoughts?
The software button in the app will only report your version, and that's it. Your car will update itself no questions asked.
Oh, they don't even make it an option, huh? In that case I suspect there will be no updates. 🤷🏽
Karma is working on an update to fix:
-Cluster side app crash
-Android Auto and Apple Car play crash if connected before ignition
-ESC faults under wheel spin circumstances
-Many other unknown
I highly doubt they are working on new features of performance upgrades, I think their hands are full right now. And Customer Experience Support mentionned many times no release dates in sight.
Last update was 184.108.40.206 -> 220.127.116.11 with no mention whatsoever about what was included.
